The cabin's length can be extended up to 6 meters. The external width of 2,28 m is not adjustable.

A TINY HOME & MODULAR CABINS
Nordic Mini House
Scandinavian take on tiny house. Simple design that will work well by the water, forest or in the countryside.
It is one simple but very functional space - a fully functioning bathroom, storage and seating area.
The Interior is finished in plasterboard or wood, lining boards (of your chosen colour) outside, it has good insulation, a laminated floor, triple-glazed windows and a metal roof.
Premium configuration will include full kitchen and bathroom appliances and furniture too.

O2M / O2M Plus
Modern modular cabins which will pay for itself much faster than a traditional house bought as an Airbnb investment.
Well insulated, and fully equipped holiday home which comes with your chosen colours for external and internal Scandinavian wood, triple-glazed windows, plumbing, electrics and new-generation roofing.
It takes around two months to build in a factory, and up to three days to construct on your site, on basic pillar foundations.

Our huts are made in Lithuania and modular CLatvia, with factories dedicated to wood outdoor structures, saunas, and hot tubs. We know what it takes to create a good solid structure, and how to get the most out of wood. Also, due to the local climate, we have a good understanding of insulation - which comes in very handy when designing huts suitable for colder months of the year.
It depends a little on your requirements. We usually build the structure in 4 to 6 weeks, but then it might require some more time to fit it to your specifications. There are just so many options on insulation, plumbing, electrics, storage, and furniture. We, of course, can give you more precise timeline once we know your chosen design.
We take care of delivery to anywhere in Europe. Wooden huts can be transported as a self-assembly kit, but summer chalets can only be delivered as is. Hence it is your responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient access for a lorry and a crane.
Wooden huts, when delivered as a kit, can be offloaded by hand and carried to more challenging locations.
For locations with limited access, we have two solutions:
- We can arrange non-standard transportation, or a crane to deal with local obstacles.
- Your wooden hut (not a summer chalet) can be shipped to you completely dismantled. Such shipment is more compact and hence it much easier to reach difficult destinations. We can provide assembly assistance in the UK, Belgium, or West Germany. In other locations, you can hire a local carpenter or assemble it yourself. It does not require any special tools or knowledge. Our clients, with some help, often build it in a day or two. Could be a good reason to hang out with a few buddies?
All huts come with a wooden base, which, usually, does not require any foundations. Unless your location gets very damp and swampy.
Off-grid options of our wooden huts do not require any electricity connection. Heating can is done with a wood-fired heater.
For huts and summer chalets with lights, sockets, and electric heating you will need a standard 220-230V electricity supply, which can be connected to an electric box or EEC connection.
For standard huts, we require full payment before shipping.
Custom saunas will require 50% payment to start work. The rest is to be paid before the shipping date.
Online or bank transfer payments are accepted.
In the UK, Ireland, West Germany, and Belgium we have our tradesmen to help with any potential issues.
In other countries, we will be happy to arrange a local tradesman to come to your help.
You will have one dedicated person to help you with the order, coordinate delivery, and be your contact person afterward.
How does it work
Design
Use our sauna designer, and your coordinator to help you design your perfect sauna, hot-tub or hiking cabin.
Manufacture
It usually takes 2-4 weeks for hot tubs, 4-8 weeks for saunas and hiking cabins. We keep you updated on the progress.
Delivery
We will take care of delivery to anywhere in the EU. Your sauna and hut can arrive assembled or as a kit.
Support
You will have one contact person from the initial design stage to manufacturing to delivery, and afterward.
